These Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") govern the use and purchase of the RoadshowAutomation Course, created by Rens Hageman (Groove Digital B.V.). By accessing or purchasing the course, you agree to the following terms.

1. Course Description and Scope

1.1. The RoadshowAutomation Course consists of 9 modules, each containing multiple lessons.
1.2. By purchasing, you acknowledge you have reviewed the course description and understand the content and its scope.

2. Payment Terms

2.1. Standard Pricing:

• The standard price for the course is AED 7,995 (د.إ).

• Promotional discounts (e.g., Black Friday discounts of up to 75%) are applied during specific promotional periods and will result in adjusted pricing.

2.2. Promotional Pricing:

• Discounts are available only for purchases completed within the stated promotional period.

• Discounts cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

• Refunds for discounted purchases will only cover the amount paid (e.g., AED 1,999 during a 75% discount promotion).

2.3. Accepted Payment Methods:
We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit and Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, China UnionPay.

• Secure Bank Redirects: iDEAL (Netherlands), Bancontact (Belgium), EPS (Austria), giropay (Germany), Przelewy24 (Poland).

2.4. Currency and Fees:

• All transactions are processed in AED (د.إ). Purchasers are responsible for any currency conversion fees or additional bank charges.

2.5. Payment Security:

• Payments are securely processed with industry-standard encryption and fraud prevention measures.

3. Refund Policy

3.1. Eligibility Criteria for Refunds:
Refund requests are eligible only if they meet the following conditions:

• Requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

• Purchasers must provide evidence of the issue (e.g., screenshots of errors, proof of duplicate purchase).

• Refund requests are processed via the original payment method or as store credits, at our discretion.

3.2. Exceptions to Refunds:
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

• Change of mind: If you decide the course is no longer needed or fail to complete it.

• Misaligned expectations: If you claim the course did not meet expectations despite reviewing the description prior to purchase.

• Promotional purchases: Refunds will only cover the discounted price, not the standard price.

4. User Responsibilities

4.1. By purchasing, you confirm that you:

• Have reviewed and understood the course description.

• Meet any prerequisites (if applicable).

4.2. You must not:

• Share access credentials or distribute course materials.

• Modify, reproduce, or resell the course content.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. All course content, materials, and branding are owned by Groove Digital B.V..
5.2. Upon purchase, you are granted a non-transferable, single-user licence to access the course for personal use only.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. The course is provided "as is". We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes.
6.2. Groove Digital B.V. is not liable for:

• Losses or damages arising from course use.

• Incompatibility with your software, hardware, or internet service.

7. Dispute Resolution

7.1. These T&Cs are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
7.2. Disputes shall first be addressed via written communication with our support team at [email protected]. Unresolved disputes will be handled exclusively by the courts of Amsterdam, Netherlands.

8. Amendments

8.1. We reserve the right to update these T&Cs and Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of the course constitutes agreement to the updated terms.
